What is the difference between an engraved glass and a printed glass?

Laser engraving is etched directly into the glass and won't wash off, unlike a print. That's what makes an engraved glass a keepsake you'll proudly bring out years later.

What types of custom glasses are available?

Beer glass, beer mug, wine glass, whiskey glass, champagne flute, water glass: each style can be engraved with a first name, a date, a message, or an illustration.

When is a good time to give a personalized glass as a gift?

Birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, Father’s Day, retirements: engraved glassware is perfect for any occasion. Starting at €25, with regular discounts, it’s a memorable gift that fits any budget.

How do I customize my glass online?

On the product page, you select the model, enter your text or image, and preview the final result before confirming your order. Our team then laser-engraves the order in our workshop in Bordeaux.

How long will it take to receive my personalized glass?

Your glass is engraved in our workshop in Bordeaux and delivered within 24 hours in mainland France and within 48 hours internationally . Order by 2 p.m. for same-day shipping.

How do I care for my engraved glass?

Our engraved glasses are dishwasher-safe; the laser engraving withstands repeated washing and won't fade. Choose a gentle cycle at a low temperature to preserve the glass's luster over the long term.

Can I return my personalized glass?

Personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Please carefully review your text and image before confirming your order.
